I tried playing with the encryption settings and none of the combos seemed to work. I tried the automatic and when that didn't work, I manually entered the data based on the Outlook 2010 setup on his old computer. Please check the incoming (POP) server encryption method and try again. We couldn't connect to the incoming (POP) server using the specified encryption method.
